In 1999, Mr Liao began his electronic components business in Shenzhen. Yonghuada Electronics Trading Firm and its sales counter marked the start of that journey. The business continued as a limited liability company in 2014, carrying forward the same focus and the team’s experience.
“Since 1999” refers to the origins of the predecessor trading firm and the experience of our founder and team. Shenzhen Yonghua Guangda Electronics was incorporated in 2014.

The origins of our business and team
The beginnings of Yonghuada
In 1999, Mr Liao began his career in electronic components and established Shenzhen Yonghuada Electronics Trading Firm. From a sales counter at Huaqiang Electronics World in Futian District, Shenzhen, the firm traded in ICs, diodes, transistors and MOSFETs. This marked the beginning of the business and the team’s industry experience.

Yonghua Guangda was incorporated
Continuing as a limited liability company
Shenzhen Yonghua Guangda Electronics was incorporated as a limited liability company in 2014, continuing the trading firm’s business and team. The component distribution business carried forward the product experience, sourcing relationships and customer cooperation developed since 1999.

Today, we continue to distribute ICs and discrete devices to customers in China and overseas. Throughout the transition from trading firm to limited liability company, our founder and team have remained focused on electronic components, bringing long-standing experience, commercial integrity and attention to quality to each business relationship.
