SINCE 1999From Yonghuada to Yonghua GuangdaExplore our history

Yonghua Guangda Electronics

Our history began in 1999, when our founder, Mr Liao, entered the electronic components business and established Shenzhen Yonghuada Electronics Trading Firm (深圳市永华达电子商行). Operating from a sales counter at Huaqiang Electronics World in Futian District, Shenzhen, the firm distributed integrated circuits and discrete devices. In 2014, the existing business and team continued as Shenzhen Yonghua Guangda Electronics, a limited liability company.

From Yonghuada to Yonghua Guangda, our focus has remained on electronic components, including ICs, diodes, transistors and MOSFETs. Drawing on experience accumulated since 1999 and long-standing relationships with wholesalers and agents, we support manufacturers, trading companies and purchasing teams in China and overseas.

Business integrity, product quality and respect for agreements underpin our work. We emphasise accurate information and clear requirements across part enquiries, specification reviews, volume procurement and delivery coordination. Building on the experience of our founder and team, we take a measured approach to business and lasting customer relationships.

THE BASIS OF OUR BUSINESS

Industry experience applied to everyday cooperation.

The value of long-standing experience lies in attention to products, market conditions and transaction details. A clear product scope, established sourcing relationships and respect for agreements form the basis of our work.

Rooted in Shenzhen’s component market

From a sales counter at Huaqiang Electronics World to today’s limited company, our business has remained focused on components. Long-standing market experience informs our attention to part details, supply information and commercial terms.

A clear focus on ICs and discrete devices

ICs, diodes, transistors and MOSFETs form our core product scope. We discuss complete part numbers, manufacturers, packages and quantities for both individual parts and multi-item requirements.

Long-standing sourcing relationships

We maintain long-standing relationships with wholesalers and agents and review supply terms against customer requirements. Pricing, date codes, packaging and delivery are clarified before a transaction.

Trust built through commitments

Commercial integrity and respect for agreements guide requirement reviews, order coordination and issue reporting. Lasting cooperation depends on careful attention to each specific commitment.

WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM

Different purchasing roles. Shared attention to detail.

Describing the purchasing task as well as the part number helps clarify supply arrangements. These are common discussion points for different buying roles.

01

Manufacturers and OEM / ODM purchasing

Discuss production part numbers, volumes, delivery schedules and packaging consistency. Identify critical lines, acceptable date codes and purchasing cycles in the parts list.

02

Development and project purchasing

Share sample or small-batch requirements and validation milestones. Specify packages, ordering suffixes and acceptable supply terms; quantities and lead times are reviewed by part number.

03

EMS and multi-item procurement

Identify shortage lines, staged deliveries and timing across the BOM. Separating urgent and planned items helps clarify supply arrangements for each line.

04

Traders and distribution partners

Clarify part matching, commercial terms and recurring purchasing needs. Include quantities, delivery dates, tax requirements and delivery arrangements in your enquiry.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Principles that guide our work.

01

Business integrity

Build business relationships on accurate, clear information and respect for commercial trust.

02

Commitment to agreements

Define part numbers, quantities, prices and delivery terms clearly, and take agreed commitments seriously.

03

Focus on quality

Treat product quality as a foundation of business cooperation, with attention to specifications and acceptance requirements.

04

Lasting partnerships

Build mutual trust through consistent, practical cooperation and attention to customers’ and partners’ long-term needs.
